perl具有非常优秀的文本处理能力，perl的出现完全取代了sed和awk的功能。作为一个perl高手，是在不应该渐渐地淡忘了这项可贵的技能啊。

使用示例

1 文件转码处理 gbk => utf8

use Encode qw/decode encode/;

open my $fh, '<', 'input.txt' or die $!;
open my $out, '>', 'output.txt' or die $!;

  print $out $in;
